In the event of any damage to your product, we recommend inspecting the packaging upon arrival. If you observe any damage, including damage to the box, it's important to make a note of it when signing for delivery. If circumstances prevent you from inspecting the package during delivery but you suspect damage, kindly write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
Should your item(s) arrive damaged, promptly send photos to Support@SwingSyncSports.com. We will swiftly initiate the process for an immediate replacement or refund, typically completing the resolution within one business day.
